We are excited to announce the acquisition of the intellectual property and technology from Quantum Whale, a Ukrainian software development company, which took place earlier in 2016. Following this acquisition, we worked closely with the Quantum Whale development team to integrate their Quantum Whale Editor.NET and Scripter.NET products into AlterNET Software’s offerings. After months of development, we are proud to release the first version of AlterNET Software Extensibility Studio — a comprehensive solution that enables you to extend your WinForms or WPF applications with custom user-defined logic.
We’re also pleased to share that we’ve been able to retain all of Quantum Whale’s development and support staff. Combined with our own resources, this will enable us to continue advancing these products.
As part of our commitment to supporting existing Quantum Whale customers, we’re offering assistance with converting current projects to the newly released products. All customers with an active subscription to Editor.NET or Scripter.NET are entitled to a free upgrade to AlterNET CodeEditor and AlterNET Scripter, respectively. We will also be offering substantial discounts for all other customers.
